Superheat FGH Services Inc. is currently recruiting an Equipment Manager out of our Concord, CA office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of all equipment requirements
• Responsible for the overall management and inventory of assigned equipment to their region
• Completing routine testing and maintenance in compliance with Quality Assurance practices
• Plan and coordinate upcoming equipment requirements for new projects in cooperation with Field Operations
• Coordinate Site Delivery and Returns of equipment with Field Operations Manager
• Complete required paperwork for movement of equipment, materials, or assets
• Ensure all computer and communication equipment meet corporate standards
• Pre-test all equipment prior to shipping to Site as well as test and repair equipment upon its return from site
• Maintain tabs on the location and status of all equipment (including rentals in your region)
• Maintain routine maintenance schedules on vehicles and equipment and ensure all legal documents are in place
• Provide training, coaching and support to Field Staff on equipment set-up, use and maintenance
• Ensure a sufficient supply of all safety equipment and PPE is available and functional
• Provide troubleshooting to the field in conjunction with SmartCenter
• Prepare misuse reports of all equipment and submit to Field Operations Manager for corrective action
• Perform preventative maintenance of all equipment and complete routine calibration in accordance with SmartCenter requirements

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of Superheat FGH equipment and its uses as asset, willing to train the qualified candidate
• Experience in Warehouse Management an asset
• Able to perform troubleshooting support.
• Computer knowledge on excel, word, and Microsoft office.
• Knowledge of equipment testing requirements
• At least two years relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
